HOW IS USAGE MEASURED?
Minutes count per target language.
Broadcasting one source hour into two target languages uses two language hours. Listener count does not consume extra minutes within the plan capacity. An active event is not automatically stopped for an economic reason.

After a planned event is created, recording choices, target languages, service capacity, venue connectivity, audio devices and a real-device rehearsal are verified. The broadcast opens only after this preparation is complete.
