VERBASTAGE / TERMS

Platform use scope

This page explains the safe-use boundaries for VerbaStage accounts, plans and the platform. Tax-inclusive prices for plans open for sale are published on the plans page; order, payment, cancellation/refund and event-specific service terms apply together with effective-dated documents presented before an order.

Service scope

VerbaStage supports multilingual audio and caption operations for live events. A purchase or account does not automatically open a broadcast; capacity, recording choices, devices, connectivity and rehearsal checks remain separate requirements.

Authorized use

Accounts and event links may be used only by authorized people. Users must hold the necessary rights for submitted audio and content, and must protect links, passwords and event PINs.

Live-event limits

Latency, interpretation and generated speech can be affected by network, device, speech and language conditions. Exact service levels, support and field responsibilities are defined in the event-specific agreement or order document.

Plans and payment

The IBAN and payment instructions for the selected plan are shown in the secure customer portal. Usage rights are added to the account after the bank transfer is verified and the order is approved. Card payments are not yet available. A payment return page cannot grant usage rights by itself, and an active event is not automatically interrupted because of an economic event.

Recording and privacy

Recording, transcript and retention choices follow organizer authorization and the event agreement. Personal-data processing details are described in the privacy notice.

Unacceptable use

Unauthorized access, service disruption, false identity or payment information, rights-infringing content and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

For distance contracts made by a customer acting as a consumer, a withdrawal right applies within the statutory withdrawal period, subject to statutory exceptions. Statutory exceptions may apply to services performed immediately online or begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends. Where a statutory refund right applies, the refund amount and scope are determined by mandatory consumer law. For other cancellation requests, the portion corresponding to used minutes or completed services is not refunded; unused, unexpired balance and services not yet started are assessed under the order document. Deleting or cancelling a planned event does not automatically cancel the plan purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected; requests may be submitted through the customer portal or to info@verbastage.com.

This public summary does not replace a distance-sales agreement, privacy notice or legal advice; event-specific terms with an effective date and document version remain in the authorized documents.
