VERBASTAGE / PRIVACY
Privacy and data approach
VerbaStage separates event data by event and authorization scope. Exact retention and recording choices are defined in the organizer agreement.
What may be processed?
Demo contact details, voluntary feedback, question/headphone requests; the name or legal name, address, country, tax office and, depending on the billing-profile type, Turkish identity number or Turkish tax number used for the customer account and invoicing; source and translated text, permitted source/rendered audio, technical usage and audit records.
Why is it processed?
To deliver live interpretation, operate the event, verify quality and security, and respond to authorized customer requests.
Billing details and legal basis
Required identity, legal-name, tax-office and address details in sole-proprietor and legal-entity billing profiles are processed to comply with legal obligations under the Turkish Tax Procedure Law. A Turkish identity number is optional for an individual customer; if provided, it is processed to issue the invoice requested by the customer as necessary to enter into or perform the contract. Invoice records may be retained for applicable statutory retention periods.
Who may access it?
Authorized administrators, assigned operators and customer representatives within their contract and role. Providers process only what the relevant operation requires.
Access and deletion requests
Contact the event organizer or VerbaStage to request access, correction or deletion. Applicable legal retention duties are assessed separately.
This public summary does not replace a distance-sales agreement, privacy notice or legal advice; event-specific terms with an effective date and document version remain in the authorized documents. Read the detailed processing and retention notice.
